Filomena is able to motivate and inspire people to learn in a relaxed atmosphere. Her pragmatic approach and lively style stimulate group discussion and help her seminar participants work on relevent issues to improve personal and organisational effectiveness. Filomena has been in the human resources development field since 1984. She has designed and conducted communication, leadership, sales, customer care and management development programmes for senior managers and executives in the banking, finance, hotel and manufacturing industries in the private and public sectors. Besides holding a MA degree in Education and Human Resource Development from the George Washington University in the U.S.A., Filomena has a BSc (Hon) degree in Economics from London University College and a Diploma in Training and Organisational Development from the National Productivity Board of Singapore.
